  . The pizza was lukewarm and parts of the crust tasted like it just came out of the freezer. I ordered it in person and waited for it to be done and I drove only 1. 7 miles home

  I am new to Dayton. I've tried two other pizza joints, and I must say, Cassano's is definitely my favorite! My 4-year old daughter (who is extremely picky) has already ate so much of it, lol! The Pizza was delivered hot & on time too! I wish my order would have came with napkins & plates, considering we just moved in, but still, I'll definitely be a returning customer!

  The actual staff (in building) is amazing. They are fast and polite despite the constant screw ups from the call center. Two out of the three times I've placed an order, the call center either submitted the order at the time of the scheduled pick up or flat out canceled my order. Each time the staff on site has worked super hard to fix the "miscommunication" without complaining about the call center.
  If I could break down the review, the staff would get 5 stars and the call center would get 2...maybe.
