  I have been going there every Sunday for the past four years now. I've finally had enough of the complications. I will be taking my business to a different location. I love the pizza but I feel like I have Stockholm Syndrome. All of the managers I've dealt with have been unprofessional except Terry. Today, I had a pick up order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took 55 minutes. It was only two items and one was a light bake. The pizza is exceptional, the service...not so much.

  Food is either always wrong or when we get it, the pizza looks like it was flipped in the box. I just placed an order and the girl didn't seem to care about me placing an order. She was rude and kept interrupting me. When I'm done ordering I will say so. How come delivery times are ALWAYS an hour. Maybe you guys need to hire more drivers because I can go to dominos and get my food delivered in 25-30 min. Depending on how this food is will determine if I order again. Very very disappointed
