    The management is an issue! Whenever there is a problem, the managers ALWAYS have an attitude likes it's not their jobs to listen!! No one's EVER speaks. In customer service, the #1 rule is to acknowledge the customer with a smile! I guess this crew missed this day in orientation!

    I love McDonald's but this specific resturaunt never prepares the fries right. It's disappointing because that makes me not want McDonald's. Just please train your employees better. Thanks. Update: there was a hair in my burger. I'm never going back.
