  This is one of the most unkept and rude Panera's I've ever been in. Normally the staff at Panera's are friendly, but not this one. They act as if you're "bothering" them and barely pay attention to you. On top of that, the tables weren't cleaned off, seat cushions were ripped, and the whole place was just a bit dirty in general. I normally like Panera and eat there often, but this is one Panera I certainly won't be visiting again!

  Great experience - I wished that the pumpkin sugar cookie would have noted that there was a pumpkin flavor on the packaging. I also wish that the iced coffee was the same as the iced tea. That always disappoints me. It was clean and service was fast.
