- 1 / 5By Dan BigsbyThis is the worst place in history to be honest! I walked in for a typical lunch break and the service was extremely slow! The employees were joking with each other and pretty much hanging out rather than working. And not only was the service horrible the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, the trash cans were full and the drink station had no supplies for your cup. Finally the cashier took my order and I noticed a bug crawling on her and it appeared to be a bed bug!!! And I look up around the bagel station and there were flies flying everywhere! Then when I got my lunch the plate was really filthy so I asked for another plate and they rolled their eyes at me. I pretty much wasted 20 bucks because the food was horrible. So at that point I asked for the manger I think his name was Brian and he came to me and he made my sandwich over on a new plate and after I got my food I over heard him making a joke about me and complaining. WORST SERVICE EVER AND DELIVERY SUCKS TOO!January 05, 2017
