  today i went into steak n shake with the monthly coupons , i had chosen "the steak and shake meal " coupon. when i arrived i was rudely informed that this was no longer on the menu and the coupon could not be accepted . i politely stated that they sold every item that the coupon offered.. witch was a double steak burger with cheese , fries, a side and a shake .. the manager then began to argue that that was not correct..that the items were not a menu items and refused to take my coupon. i was confused by the managers response and chose another coupon =[ ...

  Ok this steak and shake is a HOT MESS. Just left there and I couldn't get even a refill on WATER. Not to mention our waitress sat at the bar on her phone with her headphones in ignoring us with her coworker while we were waiting to order milkshakes. PLOT TWIST, we didn't get our milkshakes ordered. We went up and asked for our check then left. This isn't my first negative experience. Save your money and time. Go to Waffle House they have better service.

  Horrible experience. After waiting to be seated 10 minutes while there were only 4 booths taken in the whole place, our server disappeared for 10 more minutes without taking our order. When she returned she asked what we wanted, walked away without writing it down and we again waited. Waited to check out and she had lost our ticket but said the amount of our bill. I paid and she then tells me she can't give me a receipt without the original ticket. Crooked, shady, and rude.
