  I write this in hopes the bar owner/management sees this. I live in the townhouses behind this bar.. I work thirds and I have called the bar multiple times in lieu of calling the police to fix the problems. There are always fights in the alley, drunk arguments between couples so loud you can hear it over the TV in my house, actually right now, at 11:30am there's a drunk female screaming at the top of her lungs on the back patio and others screaming back so loud I can hear everything word for word in my room. This is absolutely ridiculous and has slowly gotten more and more out of control. It's not just early morning issues, there have been multiple occurrences on weekdays between 8-9pm when the rest of my complex needs to be sleeping to go to work. I will be contacting Kettering PD for further incidents. The bar and staff need to be more aware of their customers getting so out of control. I specifically will not renew my lease with thirty 43 because this bar is such a problem.
