  Astonishing that this place has all these bad reviews and nothing has changed. Just sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes and then when I finally got up to the window and asked for more mild sauce the girl at the window said "I'm getting you more" really abruptly and turned her head and rolled her eyes. What?! Just quickness and kindness, that's not to much to ask....Now I'm late getting where I need to get.

  Horrible service. 30 min wait in the drive thru. Then they tell me it's a longer wait our they can substitute something. Do I say ok. Then I have to ask for my drink. I drive home and find out they forgot part of my order. I call and the guy just says we can give you a free cinnamon bin thing next time. I told him I'd like to call their corp office cause they are always like this and he says " fine sir" and hangs up on me! I well be filling out every survey and sending their manager a nice long email. Ridiculous.
