  Went to this location at around 9:15 pm yesterday. The doors to the dining room were locked and there was a girl slouching on the cash register like she was about to take a nap. When she raised her head and saw us at the door, she simply walked off and ignored us without acknowledging why they had their front doors locked when they probably should have been unlocked. The dining room was not supposed to close until 11:00 according to the sign on the front door. It was certainly a missed opportunity for good business and was a good reminder of why so many people dislike fast food establishments like Wendy's and McDonalds.

  Would give a zero star if it was an option! Horrible customer service. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our food after we paid for it. The CSR had a hard time keeping up with what she needed to do. There were multiple people ahead of us that were waiting game just as long as we did. I like Wendy's food and will never go back there. I am going to complain to corporate, and not to get anything from them, just to have them train people the right way to work, and treat their customers. It's amazing these are the individuals that want $15/hr, but cannot even get an order right.
